medQIP provides a seamless care network of communication between nephrologists, access surgeons, and dialysis facilities. MedQIP focuses on reducing catheter contact time, maximizing fistula use and improving the ESRD-QIP score for dialysis facilities by allowing each provider to select key alert notifications which pertain to his/her scope of practice.

This is the iPhone app that nephrologists and access surgeons use to enter new patients, update the care team when new accesses are ready to use, and receive push notifications when there are issues.
